(the operating entity of TSR). He shared a deep mentor-and-proteg\u00e9 relationship with Soichiro Honda, the legendary and visionary founder of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"u-mb-ctrl u-mb-60 has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Since the dawn of motorcycle racing in the 1950s, this mentor and proteg\u00e9 pursued their passion for motorcycles with independent thinking, taking on the world as their stage. Its chosen symbol was the beetle.<br>Encased in its hard, protective armor, the beetle carried a fierce and profound meaning for the team: to emerge unscathed from a crash, and to survive even if battered and broken. It was a testament to ultimate resilience.<br>Times have changed. Motorcycles, circuits, safety, and technology\u2014everything has evolved beyond recognition. Yet, the essence of racing remains exactly the same: a human being steering a machine, bound by the destiny of potential crashes, to be faster and more precise than anyone else.<br>This is the soul embedded within the beetle.
