It&#8217;s the average of all three riders that counts!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have drastically changed the team from last year to this year. As always, I am well aware that the one who needs to change the most is myself, so no worries there. That being said, today brought the very first results of this major restructuring. It is safe to say that things have started functioning well. The fact that the test ended at 17:00 and I am already able to write this report at 18:00 speaks volumes about the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John just came over to talk to me.
