Can my exhaust system be repaired?
Repair may be possible depending on the condition of the exhaust system. Please send us photos via the Contact Form.
- Repairs may not be possible if replacement parts are no longer available due to product discontinuation.
- We cannot accept modified or altered exhaust systems for repair.
Can TSR manufacture one-off custom parts (such as exhaust systems)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer one-off custom fabrication services.
Can I purchase a silencer emblem separately?
We do not sell silencer emblems separately. However, if you send us your silencer, we may be able to replace the emblem for you.

My TSR exhaust system has become louder over time. What should I do?
We recommend replacing the glass wool packing. However, depending on the condition of the silencer, we may not be able to perform the service.
I need an exhaust emissions certificate. How can I obtain one?
Please use the Exhaust Emissions Certificate (Japan Only) Reissue Form.
Note: If your motorcycle’s original exhaust system does not include a catalytic converter, neither a catalytic converter nor an emissions certificate is required when replacing the exhaust. The vehicle can pass inspection if it meets the required noise level and emissions standards during idle testing.
I have lost or damaged some parts. Can I purchase replacement parts?
