DAY1

CoCo: 35.9
Alan: 36.0
John: 37.3
With 57 laps, that must be the highest lap count out there.

In the very first meeting this morning, I started by telling them, “Best lap times don’t matter! It’s the average of all three riders that counts!”

We have drastically changed the team from last year to this year. As always, I am well aware that the one who needs to change the most is myself, so no worries there. That being said, today brought the very first results of this major restructuring. It is safe to say that things have started functioning well. The fact that the test ended at 17:00 and I am already able to write this report at 18:00 speaks volumes about the results.

John just came over to talk to me. Riders are animals that just can’t help but worry about their lap times, after all.

The photo shows the engine, fully prepared and ready to fire up from Suzuka.
This is the very engine that will conquer Le Mans. To make that happen, parts had to be swapped out and reconfigured over in France—the TSR staff did a phenomenal job putting it together.
This is what a real company, and a true team, is all about.
