To Le Mans

It all started with those few words.
It’s been ten years already.
No wonder we’re getting older.

Yesterday, I had a meeting with the team and spoke a bit firmly with them.
We just happened to have some good runs during testing, but a 24-hour race is a completely different beast!
Teamwork matters more than a single lap time.
The resilience to keep riding no matter what happens.
I believe it’s a race where your overall collective strength leads to results.
Looking at it from that perspective, we still lack true foundational strength.
If everything goes smoothly without any trouble, mistakes, or crashes, we might be at a decent level, but a 24-hour race doesn’t work that way!
That’s exactly why we should find joy in just being able to race.
I want to show everyone the moment that proves “if you put your mind to it, you can do it!”

The photo was taken by the fat guy during the test.

He’s a true professional.
