Day 2 is complete

Good morning.

Yesterday, free practice sessions were held in both the morning and afternoon.
Since nothing has been changed from the base test setup, we focused primarily on checking and adjusting our fuel consumption.
I don’t even know where we stand in the standings or what the times were, as we aren’t concerned with that right now.

Today is all about bike inspections and meetings.
The team is already carrying out maintenance and prep work geared toward the main race. Starting tomorrow, we head into qualifying—which I always dislike—but we plan to utilize that qualifying track time to continue our preparations for the actual race.

Well, everyone.
Let’s reconnect after the race is over.

The photo shows our new pit board. It can now be operated remotely right from inside the pit.
There’s no longer any need for someone to stand out in front of the pit wall.
The spot where I stood for so many years is gone.
The rules in motorcycle racing are constantly changing, so the day when full live communication becomes possible must be just around the corner.
