【EWC Round 4 — Bol d’Or 24-Hour Endurance Race Final】Although the team fought at the front during the first half of the race, they were forced to retire due to engine trouble.

Over the four days from September 18 to 21, 2025, a total of 53 teams from around the world gathered at Circuit Paul Ricard in France.
After an intense season of battles, the title fight for the 2025 FIM Endurance World Championship (EWC) was finally decided at this fourth and final round.

The team started the race from 4th on the grid.
Starting rider Alan Techer delivered a perfect opening lap and had already moved into the lead by lap two. From there, an intense battle at the front unfolded, with positions constantly changing at each pit stop. Corentin Perolari, who took over next, immediately posted extremely fast lap times during his opening stint and helped maintain the team’s strong momentum.

In the early stages of the race, Alan Techer and Corentin Perolari alternated riding duties, pushing the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade (#5) firmly into the leading group. Taiga Hada joined the race approximately two and a half hours after the start and played an important role in supporting the team.

At dusk, Alan Techer set a new race lap record with a time of 1:52.506. F.C.C. TSR Honda France continued to maintain a rapid pace, and after completing a brake change, the team was running in 2nd position at the 8-hour mark, earning an additional 9 championship points at that stage.

During the night sessions, Taiga Hada showed consistent performance as the third rider, maintaining position while continuing to improve his personal best lap times.

However, around 4:00 AM in the middle of the race, Corentin Perolari felt something unusual with the machine and returned to the pit. Although the team initially attempted to send the bike back out onto the track, further inspection ultimately revealed an engine problem. After completing 376 laps, F.C.C. TSR Honda France, which had been running in 3rd position, was forced to retire from the race.

As a result, F.C.C. TSR Honda France concluded the 2025 season in provisional 6th place in the championship standings with 69 points. Following Suzuka, the Bol d’Or also ended in retirement, and the team will use this disappointment as motivation as preparations for the 2026 season begin in earnest.

Thank you very much for all of your passionate support throughout this season.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support again next season.

Team comments

Alan Techer

The race got off to a fantastic start, but unfortunately the final result was a disappointing one.
Right from the opening laps we moved into the lead and continued to push at a pace capable of fighting for victory. I believe the machine also delivered a very strong performance.
In the end, there was nothing we could do about the mechanical trouble, but I think we proved that we had the speed and potential to fight for the win.
Throughout the entire race week, the team did an incredible job. The bike was powerful and easy to ride both day and night. We also achieved our target of consistently running in the 1:53 lap range.
From here, we will build on these results and focus on coming back even stronger next year.

Corentin Perolari

Alan made a fantastic start, and for 12 hours we were constantly fighting at the front.
The lead changed hands at nearly every pit stop, and it was truly an intense battle.
However, we were later struck by a mechanical problem, which is extremely disappointing.
Looking back on this season, we were able to show strong pace in every race.
Next year, we want to maintain that speed throughout the entire season, make it all the way to the final race without problems, and fight for the top positions in the championship.

Taiga Hada

It is extremely frustrating to end the race in this way.
In the final stint, I was able to record lap times even faster than my qualifying pace, and personally I feel that I made real progress.
It is disappointing that a mechanical problem occurred just as we were gradually increasing our pace, but this is racing.
I want to carry this experience forward, thank the team and everyone around me, and use it as motivation for future racing activities.
