
It was a four-day test heavily affected by rain.
I had hoped each rider would complete around 400 laps, but that turned out to be completely unrealistic!
Even so, despite the difficult weather, both the riders and the team have continued the positive momentum we’ve had since last year’s Okayama test.
We developed the setup mainly around Alan, and both COCO and Taiga are also feeling good.
Today, Alan recorded a 36.8,
Taiga a 36.9,
and COCO a 39.9 on the 1000 and a 37.8 on the 600.
Because track conditions varied greatly depending on riding time, the lap times themselves are not directly comparable at all.
What I’m really looking forward to is the Le Mans pre-test, where we’ll finally run under the exact same conditions as the teams we’ll be fighting against.
