Camera

I suppose it’s simply the flow of the times.
We’re now preparing to install onboard cameras.
The video shows that work in progress.
We stubbornly refused to use them for many years, but the regulations have changed, and now if you don’t comply, you can receive two stop-and-go penalties during the race.
It’s almost funny, really.
I prefer to think that we were influential enough to make the rulebook change because of us.
By the way, the reason we resisted the cameras in the first place was the minimum weight issue.
Making a motorcycle lighter is extremely difficult.
We have never once managed to reach the minimum weight target.
The bike is already heavy enough as it is, and once you install the camera system, it easily adds another two kilograms.
