We were probably first and second fastest.
With about ten minutes remaining, the conditions changed from wet to dry, and Alan and COCO went out on track.
On the timing board, COCO’s lap time was at the top.
Since each team only has one transponder, Alan’s times were not displayed.
But according to our manual timing, Alan was the fastest rider overall on every lap.
This tension and sense of achievement —that is the true essence of racing!
