Le Mans 24 Hours Race — 12 Hours Since the Start

Twelve hours have now passed since the start of the FIM EWC Le Mans 24 Hours race, and F.C.C. TSR Honda France is currently running in 20th position.

The race began at 3:00 PM local time.
Josh Hook took the start for F.C.C. TSR Honda France.

The start went well, and the team briefly moved up to 2nd place, but crashed on lap 6.
Josh immediately rejoined the race, though the team dropped back to 26th position.

After that, Josh launched an aggressive charge and recovered all the way back to 3rd place just before pitting.
He then handed the bike over to Mike Di Meglio.

However, Mike also crashed, and the machine rolled through the gravel trap, suffering major damage. Fortunately, the rider was uninjured.
The team somehow managed to bring the bike back to the pit and immediately began repairs. Although it took around 30 minutes, they successfully repaired the machine.

The bike returned to the track, and while each rider continued cautiously, they steadily climbed back through the field with consistent lap times.
Even after sunset, when overall lap times began to drop, the team maintained a strong pace. By 2:00 AM, eleven hours into the race, they had recovered to 23rd position.

It looked like the comeback would continue smoothly, but after the 11th pit stop, Mike returned to the pit almost immediately after heading back out.
An electrical issue had occurred.

The team fixed the problem within just a few minutes, allowing the bike to return quickly to the track.
Since then, the team has continued without further trouble, and Josh is currently riding.
