Jhon crashed on the final lap, in the last corner.
Apparently, he suddenly crossed paths with a rider entering the pit right in front of him.

I’ve been taught, “That’s endurance racing,”
so we’ll take it as part of the game.

After the checkered flag,
the mechanics were waiting to do pit work.
But when I told them about Jhon’s crash
and was about to call it off—
he rode back on his own.

The work took a bit of effort,
but things like this happen.
It turned out to be good practice.
